In 1996, Vanilson Coimbra founded LOOK - AGÊNCIA DE MODELOS  in Brasília
In 2000, an internacional division office was opened to booking international male and female models.

In 2005,  a second office in São Paulo was opened. The internacional division became an independent international models office, called OFFICE INTERNATIONAL MANAGEMENT.

In all these years, O.IM remains the pathfinder of many international careers and is known for discovering and encouraging new talents.
